A representative of PCMS will meet with you personally to assess the needs of your practice, which will generate a “Billing Agreement.” Upon commencement of the “Billing Agreement,” PCMS will compile all pertinent practice information to build a database, in order to start the billing process.

For established practices, it can take as little as 1 week. For new practices, it takes about 3 to 6 weeks.

PCMS provides the following options for billing:

1. A website to manage your account virtually: uploading charges, correspondence, payments, documents from your desktop, etc…
2. A local courier service will be used if you prefer to work with hard copies. They will physically pick-up everything from you at your convenience for FREE.

Upon receipt of a complete superbill or encounter form, the claim will be ready for submission within 24 to 72 hours. For complicated surgeries requiring coding, it may take up to 5 days.
